However if your product is defective, has a defect or if it is not the product ordered, you can contact our service to customers contact@reyjinsport.com. You will need to attach the photo of the product and / or the defect or the wrong product to us. You will also need to include your order number. After receiving this information, we will determine the accuracy of the claim, repair, exchange the product or refund it. Note that you have 15 working days after receiving your order to make your complaint.
We are not responsible if you have damaged your product. We reserve the right to refuse a claim if we believe you have not taken care of it or that it is discoloration / normal wear and tear due to time and use.
