Shipping policy
Reyjin uses Post Canada services for deliveries within Canada and DHL for international services. When we send your order, you will receive an email notification in which you will find your order number as well as your delivery tracking information. Remember to include all relevant information in your order, such as your apartment number or the unit associated with it.
SHIPPING COSTS
All orders in Canada over $ 165 will receive FREE standard shipping.
For orders under $ 165, shipping charges are as follows:
PRE-DELIVERY PROCESS
All orders placed Monday through Friday between 9am and 5pm will be processed within the next business day. Please note that our delivery service is closed on weekends and all orders placed on Friday will be processed on the Monday of the following week. After verifying your order and your payment, we undertake to send your order within the following 48 hours. We strive for the excellence of our shipping process to offer you the best service, due to our quality service, please take into account that the processing time of your order takes between 3 to 5 working days.
Please note that the following holiday periods bring certain changes in our delivery process:
Christmas period: orders placed between December 24th after 1pm and December 27th inclusively, will be processed on December 28th, due to the closure of our holiday services. The verification and delivery process remains the same.
Please note that international orders are subject to additional customs fees and taxes upon receipt of your order, which you must pay. These fees differ depending on your receiving country. In addition, we are not responsible for additional delays that may be caused by customs clearance procedures, delivery estimates not taking them into account
ORDER TRACKING
We will send you a notification when we ship your order. You will receive confirmation of the shipment as well as all the details related to it.
We are committed to sending your order in the best possible conditions and to providing you with unparalleled service. However, if you do not receive any news within 4 days of placing your order, please contact our team as soon as possible via our contact page. We will assist you in the best way possible to resolve the situation.
DAMAGED OR LOST PRODUCTS
If you receive a damaged product due to the delivery service, the responsibility lies with the delivery company (Canada Post or DHL). We are not responsible for orders lost by shipping companies.
